As we are well aware, training and workforce development are critical areas to all manufacturers. The Indiana/Southern Ohio Chapter is pleased to offer a meeting to learn and discuss what resources are available in the educational community for our future workforce.

We will hear from John Woods of (PMPA member company) American Micro Products about their successful training and employee retention program, as well as Charlie Winarchick, Professor and Chairman of the Manufacturing & Operations Technology Department, who will provide a summary of the manufacturing training programs available at Sinclair Community College and how they can benefit your company’s training and workforce development needs.

Following the presentations, there will be a tour of the Advanced Integrated Manufacturing Center, Sinclair Community College’s metalworking training facility, offering state-of-the-art, leading edge technology programs and equipment.

PLEASE NOTE: Please park in the lot under Building 12.
