Cancellation and Other Policies:
Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellations are received by 5:00pm Monday, April 21. Fees for cancellations after April 21 cannot be refunded, but substitutions are encouraged.

General Hotel Information:

Travel Information:
The Westin is located in the heart of Indy, only 6 miles from the Indianapolis International Airport. There is a $24 daily parking fee for those who drive.
