John Detterbeck is President of Lester Detterbeck Enterprises Ltd. and B&S Machine Service, Inc. He is the fourth generation in the industry, becoming involved in the precision machining industry in 1976. He has been a featured speaker at the National Technical Conference multiple times, and has spoken at the District level over 20 times.

Creating geometries by knurling is a competency that falls below the radar at most shops. John will lead an examination of the knurling process including what is easy/difficult to knurl, speeds and feeds issues, and trouble shooting on the machine. Come and hear John share his knowledge and lead this discussion on everything you wanted to know about knurling but were afraid to ask.
