Ever wonder what goes on at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE)? Well, now is your chance. On April 15th, the MSOE Applied Technology Center will be opening their doors to the members of the Wisconsin Chapter. The event begins at 5:00 p.m. with a welcome at the Grohmann Museum (home of the most comprehensive art collection dedicated to the evolution of human work.) Tom Bray, Dean of Applied Research, will provide a brief overview of MSOE’s Applied Technology Center, followed by tours of the Fluid Power Institute and the Rapid Prototyping Center.

The Fluid Power Institute at MSOE is one of the leading academic fluid power research laboratories in the nation. Established in 1962, FPI is a leader in motion control and fluid power education, research and evaluation. The Rapid Prototyping Center, partnered with the RPC Consortium, helps businesses create prototypes more quickly—and get products to market faster.

A soup and sandwich buffet will be provided at the Grohmann Museum following the tours.
