$495.00 Each Additional Person (from the same company)
*Adult Attendees - Each adult attending must pay the per-person fee. Please contact PMPA about pricing for children under 18.

Non-Member Registration Fee: $1,590.00 - First Attendee / $495.00 - Additional Attendee

Meeting Attire:
Resort casual is appropriate for both day and most evening events. Black-tie is optional for the Awards Banquet; and coat and tie are appropriate. Some tours require comfortable walking shoes. Sunglasses and sunscreen are a must for everyone; and, of course, bring your camera.

Cancellation and Other Policies:
Conference Registration Deadline: Friday, September 19, 2008

Conference Cancellation Policy: Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellations are received by 5:00 p.m., (Eastern), Monday, October 1st. Fees for cancellations after October 1st cannot be refunded, but substitutions are permitted.

General Hotel Information:
To make hotel reservations:
  • Call Marriott Central Reservations at 800-228-9290. Please identify yourself as a PMPA member and use the group codes provided below.
  • Access online reservations at www.waikoloabeachmarriott.com Use the group codes to reserve your room:
    • PMPPMPA – Garden View / Mountain View
    • PMPPMPC – Run of Ocean View

Hotel Room Rates are: $195.00 Garden / Mountain View or $235.00 Ocean View, plus $15.00 resort services fee per day and applicable taxes. (Resort fee includes: complimentary in-room high speed Internet access, daily self parking, complimentary local calls (“Big Island” only), two complimentary mai tai’s daily at the Clipper Lounge, plus a half-hour of snorkel equipment per day.)

Group rates are available over the dates of the conference, October 17 – 21, as well as three days prior and three days following the conference on a space available basis. If you are extending your stay beyond the conference dates of October 17 – October 21, call in-house reservations directly at 877-359-3696 between 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday, Hawaiian Standard Time.

The hotel reservation deadline is Thursday, September 12, 2008. Reservations requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may not be available at the group rate.

Travel Information:
Air: The Kona International Airport is 18 miles from the resort.

Ground: Taxis are available at the rate of $50.00 (estimated) one-way fare. For those planning to explore the island on their own, rental cars are recommended.

Directions: Upon leaving Kona International Airport, turn left onto Queen Kaahumanu Highway (Highway 19). Continue north on Highway 19 for approximately 18 miles until you reach Waikoloa Beach Drive. Turn left onto Waikoloa Beach Drive. At the third stop sign, turn left into the hotel entrance.
