Jim English, President of Tool-X will be on hand to discuss Nano Technology in the machine tool industry. Nano Technology has come to the machining industry in a big way with Tool-X – a Nano Fluid used in the CNC machine sump as an additive. This additive has trillions of 10 Nm balls that give the cutting tool rolling friction. This increased friction results in better tool life and the ability to increase speeds and feeds, plus many more advantages. Tool-X will provide and share examples of various applications and materials.
