Meeting Attire:

Resort casual is appropriate for business sessions and most evening events. Country Club casual will be the attire for this year's Awards Banquet on Monday evening (no tuxedos or formalwear!)

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Conference Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellations are received by 5:00 p.m. (Eastern) on Friday, October 7, 2016. Fees for cancellations after that date cannot be refunded, but substitutions are encouraged.

General Hotel Information:

The Westin Hilton Head Resort & Spa Room Rates:
  • Island View (previously, Resort View) - $219.00* per night
  • Resort View (previously, Ocean/Pool View) - $239.00* per night
  • Ocean View - $259.00* per night
  • Carolina King Suite - $299* per night (Limited number available.)
  • Resort Suite - $425* per night (Limited number available.)
    *Plus Tourism Fee - $2.00 per night
    **Please note that the above special PMPA-negotiated room rates INCLUDE the hotel's $22.00 resort fee.

Other Hotel Room Reservation Notes:
  • There is a charge of $25 each for 3rd and 4th guests sharing a room (excluding children under 18)
  • PMPA special rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the event dates, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.
  • An early departure fee of one night's room and tax will apply if an attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
