Conference Fees:

$1,490.00 - First Attendee
$495.00 - Each Additional Attendee (from the same company)
*Adult Attendees - Each additional adult/spouse attending the Conference must register as an Additional Attendee. Please contact PMPA about pricing for children under 18.

- First Attendee/Additional Attendee Fee includes attendance at all Business Sessions, Receptions, Group Breakfasts, Theme Dinner on Sunday and Awards Banquet on Tuesday.
- All First Attendees will receive a copy of Al Horner's book, Get a Grip: Turning Better into Best and Adversity into Success
- All Attendees can participate in 3 mornings of (optional) exercise/workout/Yoga sessions

Non-Member Registration Fee: $1,590.00 - First Attendee / $495.00 - Additional Attendee



Meeting Attire:
Resort casual is appropriate for business sessions and most evening events. Black-tie is optional for the Awards Banquet; and coat and tie are appropriate. Comfortable walking shoes would be suggested for the optional tours. Sunglasses and sunscreen are a must for everyone; and of course remember to bring your camera!

Cancellation and Other Policies:
Conference Registration Deadline has been extended to: Thursday, October 8, 2009

Conference Cancellation Policy: Registration fees will be refunded in full if registrations are received by 5:00 p.m., (Eastern), Friday, October 9th. Fees for cancellations after October 9th cannot be refunded, but substitutions are encouraged.

General Hotel Information:
Room Rates for the Annual Meeting:</B>
$215.00 single/double, plus a $7.00 Resort Fee per day, and applicable taxes.

Travel Information:
Air: A number of airlines fly directly into the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, which is approximately 20 minutes from the heart of downtown Savannah.

Ground: Savannah is situated along the southeastern Atlantic coast of the United States, just off of two major interstates, I-95 and I-16. Charleston, SC, is one and a half hours away, and Jacksonville, FL, is approximately two hours by car. Several rental car companies, limos and shuttles operate out of the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.
