How do you go about defining and training operators on all they need to know to do their jobs?

In this session you will learn the components of Chandler Industries' C.O.P Program (Certified Operator Program). Certified Operators ensure that the quality management systems are well understood and are being followed on all levels. Whether you are ISO, AS, TS or another Quality Management System, the key is flowing it down to the shop floor.

About the Speaker:
Tom Treuenfel is the Operations Manager at Chandler Industries, Stremel Division. Tom obtained his Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Minnesota and his MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Tom has over 20 years of manufacturing management experience and has won “Manufacturer of the Year” from the Manufacturer’s Alliance in 2009 as Vice President of Manufacturing at Mate Precision Tooling.
