Problem solving continues to be a core competency at our shops. Not all problems are the result of process failures or negative events. While the need to solve problems involving failures of deliverables to customers are crucial, Miles Free of the Precision Machined Products Association will present several new approaches to problem solving that are positive in focus and will help you accentuate your organization’s strengths.

This will be a fast-paced visual problem-solving session that will be as unique as any that you have encountered! Powerhouse Brainstorming, Mind-mapping, 11 Word Problem statements and A-3 Reports are the tools that Miles will review in this highly interactive session. Miles will explain how to use these tools and attendees will work as a group on some examples. Attendees will leave this session able to use these new tools and help your organization get traction on the problems that you face.
