Conference Registration Early Bird Fees (EXTENDED TO August 12th):
$1800.00 - First Attendee
$800.00 - Each Additional Attendee (from the same company)
$750.00 - Spouse/Guest Package (no business sessions or Friday Lunch)

Registration Fees (after August 12th):
$1900.00 - First Attendee
$900.00 - Each Additional Attendee (from the same company)
$800.00 - Spouse/Guest Package (no business sessions or Friday Lunch)

Please contact PMPA about pricing for children under 18.

Attendee Registration Fees include attendance at all Business Sessions, Receptions, Group Breakfasts, Lunch and Awards Banquet on Saturday.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Conference Cancellation Policy: Registration fees will be refunded in full if registrations are received by 5:00 p.m., (Eastern), Friday, September 20. Fees for cancellations after September 20 cannot be refunded, but substitutions are encouraged.
