Registration Includes:
Conference Registration Fees:
$1,000.00 - Company Fee (one-time fee regardless of the number of attendees from that company)
$650.00 - First Attendee
$450.00 - Each Additional Attendee (from the same company)
*Adult Attendees - Each additional adult/spouse attending the Conference must register as an Additional Attendee. Please contact PMPA about pricing for children under 18.

Attendee Fees include attendance at all Business Sessions, Receptions, Group Breakfasts, President's Welcome Dinner on Friday and Awards Banquet on Monday.

Non-Member Registration Fees:
$1,750.00 - Company/First Attendee Fee
$450.00 - Additional Attendee Fee

Conference Registration Deadline: September 10, 2010

Meeting Attire:
Resort casual is appropriate for business sessions and most evening events. Black-tie is optional for the Awards Banquet; and coat and tie are appropriate. Comfortable walking shoes would be suggested for the optional tours. Sunglasses and sunscreen are a must for everyone, and, of course, remember to bring your camera!

Cancellation and Other Policies:
Conference Cancellation Policy: Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellations are received by 5:00 p.m. (Eastern) on Friday, October 1, 2010. Fees for cancellations after that date cannot be refunded, but substitutions are encouraged.

General Hotel Information:
Westin Mission Hills Room Rate for the Annual Meeting:
$199.00 single/double
plus a $10.00 resort charge per day, and applicable taxes.

Palm Springs, California, lies on the western edge of the Coachella Valley, within the Colorado Desert. Located approximately 110 miles southeast of Los Angeles and 140 miles northeast of San Diego, it's an easy two hour drive by freeway. To the east of Palm Springs are several other desert cities including Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Desert Hot Springs, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, and Indio.
