CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP
During recent conferences, PMPA members have expressed a desire to help support the various national meetings through formal sponsorship of the association’s annual events. In response to these requests, the association is pleased to announce the sponsorship plan for the 2013 Management Update Conference, as outlined below.
The cutoff date to be included in this sponsorship program HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO Thursday, January 31, 2013. If you have specific questions about PMPA conference sponsorship for the Update Conference, please contact Mike Duffin or Rob Kiener at 440.526.0300.
PREMIUM SPONSOR ($1,000.00 sponsorship)
Includes the following:
- Company logo placement on Management Update Conference website with a direct link to sponsor’s website. (Please send a .jpg image of your company logo to Renee Merker at PMPA.)
- Signage at each hosted bar during the evening receptions; opening night dinner; and at the registration desk throughout the conference
- Recognition of company sponsorship by the PMPA President at the opening session of the conference
- Company logo placement at general session at the beginning and end of each speaker’s PowerPoint presentation
- Printed piece promoting your company’s brand, new products, PMTS 2013 booth location, etc., will be inserted into the conference registration packet (one sheet 8-1/2” x 11” format). Promotional piece must be submitted to PMPA no later than February 1, 2013.
SUPPORTING SPONSOR ($500.00 sponsorship)
Includes the following:
- Company logo placement on Management Update Conference website with a direct link to sponsor’s website. (Please send a .jpg image of your company logo to Renee Merker at PMPA.)
- Company logo on signage at the morning and afternoon beverage break station
- Recognition of company sponsorship by the PMPA President at the opening session of the conference
