Enjoy the warm hospitality and relaxed pace of the South on a stroll down the cobblestone streets where century-old live oaks shade magnificent homes and refined churches or watch ships from all over the world sail into one of the busiest ports in the USA.

Complementing Savannah’s many historic sites are a multitude of award-winning restaurants on River Street offering every kind of cuisine from casual to upscale, along with live entertainment. Discover quaint shopping alongside the vintage storefronts of City Market’s unique specialty shops and galleries in Savannah’s antique district. All this, showcased on the streets and squares of the largest historic landmark district in the United States.

Come early or stay late...but come, and enjoy all the hospitality that this beautiful coastal city has to offer!

The Westin Savannah Harbor is located on Hutchinson Island, overlooking the Savannah River and the famed historic district. A short 2-minute water taxi ride ushers you across the river to an abundance of restaurants and nightlife in and around downtown Savannah.

The Westin welcomes you to recently renovated guest rooms and offers you access to The Greenbrier Spa, four Har-Tru tennis courts, two outdoor pools, two restaurants, and privileges to The Club at Savannah Harbor, the resort's on-site championship golf course.

What To Wear....

Resort casual is appropriate for business sessions and most evening events. Black-tie is optional for the Awards Banquet; and coat and tie are appropriate. Comfortable walking shoes would be suggested for the optional tours. Sunglasses and sunscreen are a must for everyone; and of course remember to bring your camera!

Travel and Transportation....

Air: A number of airlines fly directly into the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport , which is approximately 20 minutes from the heart of downtown Savannah.

Ground: Savannah is situated along the southeastern Atlantic coast of the United States, just off of two major interstates, I-95 and I-16. Charleston, SC, is one and a half hours away, and Jacksonville, FL, is approximately two hours by car. Several rental car companies, limos and shuttles operate out of the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.

Local Transportation: Savannah has been named by Walking Magazine as "One of the Top Ten Walking Cities," and most of the restaurants, entertainment and night life in downtown Savannah are within walking distance each other. If you prefer not to walk, getting around town is part of the fun of being in Savannah - with everything from pedicabs and limousines to trolley cars and river ferries, getting around is easy and entertaining.
