The city of Austin enjoys a subtropical climate with mild and sunny weather over 300 days a year. Autumn in Austin is very pleasant - warm and sunny during the day with temperatures in the 70's and cooler evening temperatures, in the 60's.
What To Wear....
Resort casual is appropriate for business sessions and most evening events. Black-tie is optional for the Awards Banquet; and coat and tie are appropriate. Comfortable walking shoes would be suggested for the optional tours, along with sunglasses and sunscreen.
