The hotel deadline for guaranteed room reservations is March 23, 2010

Reservations requested after the above date cannot be guaranteed and may not be available at the conference rate. Deposits are refunded only if cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival date.

Check outs prior to the reserved checkout date will be assessed a $50 fee by the hotel.


Travel & Transportation:

The Hilton Pittsburgh is one of the city's largest, most recognized hotels, ideally located in downtown Pennsylvania and adjacent to Point State Park and the area's famed Three Rivers. The hotel is only 17 miles from the Pittsburgh International Airport. There is a $21 daily parking fee for those who drive.
