Stars aren't born; rather they are made by engaging in years of deliberate practice. This finding summarizes decades of elite performance research with athletes, performing artists, salespeople and managers. Art Turock shares with you the talent development practices from organizations like USC Football/Pete Carroll Win-Forever philosphy, military special operations, Baldridge award winners like Pal's Sudden Service, GE, and Proctor & Gamble.

ART TUROCK helps businesses translate elite performance research and the talent development practices of sports teams for developing superior capabilities as a competitive advantage.
