PMPA Occupational Injury and Illness Survey |
||||
SurveyThe information needed to complete the Survey is taken directly from your OSHA Form 300A, Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses. If you are not required to maintain the OSHA Form 300 (the data-source for the 300A Summary), but still wish to participate, you must understand what is and what is not an OSHA-recordable injury or illness; consult these Resources for help. Non-members must register to participate in the Survey. PMPA will never sell or release to any outside company, service or individual any information you provide. We may use your contact information to communicate with you concerning the Precision Machined Products Association and important Industry concerns. For PMPA Members, you must be a Primary or Alternate Contact to access the PMPA Occupational Injury & Illness Survey and Report. The survey will be available January 1 through December 31 each year to accept OSHA Form 300A data for the preceding year. Member company reports will be accessible to Primary and Alternate Contacts year-round from Survey Central.
ReportAll participants receive a customized report showing your calculated injury and illness incidence rates and the most recent Bureau of Labor Statistics rates for Fabricated Metal Products (NAICS 332000), Machine Shops (NAICS 332710), and Precision Turned Product Manufacturing (NAICS 332721). For more detailed Bureau of Labor Statistics, visit the OSHA website at http://www.bls.gov/iif/oshsum.htm#05Summary%20News%20Release PMPA Member data is retained in Survey Central to allow year-to-year comparisons; follow the link on your Report page. Non-member data is not retained on a year-to-year basis.
