Dear PMPA Members and Industry Colleagues:

On behalf of the Management Update Committee, I would like to invite you to attend the 2017 Management Update Conference to be held March 3-5, 2017 at the Hilton Nashville Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.

This year’s theme - “Transforming Ourselves as Leaders” – is a continuation of last year’s theme of transforming our companies – and ourselves – to compete in an ever-changing business environment. The 2017 conference is designed to help us better understand our strengths, and how to build teams around those strengths through an interactive team building exercise. We will further examine what it means to truly become an accountable leader, rounded out by a lesson in the transformative ‘power of story’ and how to use all of the above to attract and retain a fully engaged workforce.
