Conference Registration Fees:
$1700.00 - First Attendee
$500.00 - Each Additional Attendee (from the same company)
*Adult Attendees - Each additional adult/spouse attending the Conference must register as an Additional Attendee. Please contact PMPA about pricing for children under 18.

Attendee Fees include attendance at all Business Sessions, Receptions, Group Breakfasts, Welcome Dinner on Friday and Awards Banquet on Monday.

Meeting Attire:

Resort casual is appropriate for business sessions and most evening events. Black-tie is optional for the Awards Banquet; and coat and tie are appropriate. Comfortable walking shoes would be suggested for off-site optional tours.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Conference Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellations are received by 5:00 p.m. (Eastern) on Tuesday, September 25, 2012. Fees for cancellations after that date cannot be refunded, but substitutions are encouraged.

Travel Information:

The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach is located just 8 miles south of Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), 42 miles north of Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) and 64 miles of Miami International Airport (MIA).

PLEASE NOTE: Lantana Bridge closed until November 2013
The local historic Lantana bridge, closest proximity to The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach, is undergoing a facelift and will be closed until November 2013. Please take the following alternate routes until the completion of the bridge improvement project:

Local guests coming from the NORTH, please use the Lake Avenue Bridge in Lake Worth. Local guests coming from the SOUTH, please use the East Ocean Avenue Bridge in Boynton Beach.
