Bob Perkins, President of RSVP Tooling, will discuss the advantages of thread rolling on multiple spindle, singles spindle, and CNC machines. Bob will discuss the available types of thread-rolling attachments and their applications to various types of machine tools. The presentation will include information on how to determine if thread rolling is a fit for your parts and equipment, part design tips, and the advantages of rolled versus cut threads.
Bob is a Marine Corps veteran and the president and owner of RSVP Tooling, founded in 1995. RSVP is a member of the PMPA, and is a leading manufacturer of thread -rolling attachments and circular-chaser diehead attachments. They also distribute the Homell Keller knurling and marking systems throughout the U.S.
