Join the PMPA Western Michigan Chapter members for a presentation designed to help western Michigan machine shops address the scarcity of technical staff common in industry today.

Attendees will be provided an overview of the manufacturing technology programs in place at Ferris State University (FSU) and, in particular, their relevancy to the machining industry. Information regarding hiring students and graduates for internship and full time employment will also be presented. At the conclusion of the meeting will be a tour of the FSU manufacturing technology facilities.

The program will begin at 11:00 a.m. and conclude by 1:00 p.m. A private dining room in the South Commons Rock Café (located in the G-3 quadrant on the attached map) has been reserved. Note access to campus from US-131 will be off Perry Street on the left side of the map. Parking is available at and near the café, and a representative from FSU will be present to issue a parking pass to attendees.
