Time:
2:00 p.m. Shotgun Start (Scramble Format)
6:00 p.m. Golf Awards Reception / Dinner
*Bus transportation will be provided to the golf course from the hotel.
- Departs hotel at 12:30 pm
- Returns to hotel at 8:00 pm

Cost:
Golf Registration: $250.00 per person
- Includes greens fee, golf cart, use of practice facility, dinner, 2 drink tickets
- $50.00 of the registration fee is tax deductible

Golf Club Rental: $75.00

*Golfers may make their own foursome (contact Carli Kistler-Miller cmiller@pmpa.org with your foursome names) or we can place you in a group.

Golf Club of Texas Course
Designed by Lee Trevino, the Golf Club of Texas opened its doors in 2000. It was re-designed in 2014, and is now the first tee-to-green Zoysia grassed course in the United States.

Golf Outing Sponsorships Available:
$1500 – Platinum (includes two complimentary golf registrations)
$750 – Gold (includes one complimentary golf registration)
$500 – Silver
$250 – Patron
