Tanya will reflect on her experience stepping into leadership as a third-generation owner, highlighting key lessons learned and the real-world obstacles and achievements that continue to shape her role.

You’ll also hear from PMPA Executive Director Emily Riley, who will provide an overview of what’s ahead—including progress on the PMPA 2026 Strategic Plan, upcoming programs, and the value members can expect from their association.
