Cancellation and Other Policies:

Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellations are received by 5:00 p.m., Monday, April 19. Fees for cancellations after the 19th cannot be refunded, but substitutions are encouraged.

Room rates for the Conference are $159 single or $169 double occupancy, plus tax. To make reservations:

The hotel deadline for guaranteed room reservations is March 23,2010

Reservations requested after the above date cannot be guaranteed and may not be available at the conference rate. Deposits are refunded only if cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival date.

Check outs prior to the reserved checkout date will be assessed a $50 fee by the hotel.
