Tuesday, June 16, 2020 (11am - 12pm US/Eastern)
Technical Tuesday Webinars
Lib Pietrantoni of CJWinter will provide a technical overview of the thread rolling process.
Outline and discuss the benefits of thread rolling producing: stronger threads with superior quality, accuracy and lower costs.
Review best practice blank design, different tooth form geometries available for thread rolling, and gaging options for use during set up and production – to make sure you are making good parts…
Learning Objective - Key Takeaway:
Design considerations for optimal results when thread rolling
Thread rolling and thread gaging – process and terminology
Optimizing your process by improving geometry, quality, performance and optimizing process costs
