CJ Bienia, VP of Engineering at Robotic Advantage, has been providing automation solutions to CNC machine shops for close to four years. Prior to joining the CNC machinery industry, he provided automation solutions to the food and beverage processing facilities, manufacturing plants, as well as various manual processes. In total, he has spent over 11 years in automation. CJ graduated from UMass Dartmouth in 2009 with a BA in Computer Engineering and got his MBA in 2017 from UMass Amherst in Business Administration. Currently, CJ is serving in the Massachusetts Air National Guard after enlisting in the USAF in 2008 and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in 2017.
