Attendee Fees include attendance at all Business Sessions, Receptions, Group Breakfasts, President's Reception on Friday, Group Dinner on Sunday, and Awards Banquet on Monday.

Resort casual is appropriate for business sessions and most evening events. Black-tie is optional for the Awards Banquet; and coat and tie are appropriate. Comfortable walking shoes would be suggested for the optional tours. Sunglasses and sunscreen are a must for everyone!
Cancellation and Other Policies: Conference Cancellation Policy: Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellations are received by 5:00 p.m. (Eastern) on Friday, September 30, 2011. Fees for cancellations after that date cannot be refunded, but substitutions are encouraged.
