The concept behind Management Update is to "update" the audience on issues of concern to owners and managers of small and mid-size metalworking companies. Program topics and speakers are selected by the Management Update Committee, comprised of company owners and top managers. The Conference typically begins Thursday morning and ends at noon on Saturday. Group meals and receptions are included on the program to further the naturally occurring networking and sharing of information which is a hallmark of PMPA members.

Registration Includes:
Conference Registration includes 2-1/2 days of general sessions, three receptions, Thursday and Friday lunch, and Friday and Saturday breakfast. And, each meeting attendee will receive three speaker-authored books.Spouse/Guest and Child Packages: are available for spouses, guests and children, ages 6-18, accompanying attendees to the Conference, but not registering for the business sessions. The packages include a name badge, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday receptions, and Friday and Saturday breakfast. The packages do not include attendance at any of the business sessions or lunch on Thursday and Friday.

Cancellation and Other Policies:
Conference Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellations are received at PMPA by 5:00 p.m., Friday, February 16, 2007. Fees for cancellations after February 16 cannot be refunded, but substitutions will be accepted.General Hotel Information:
Room rates for the Conference are $215.00 single or double occupancy, plus 11.5% tax. To make reservations:- Call Disney’s Contemporary Resort at (407) 824-3869 and request the Precision Machined Products Association room block.

The hotel deadline for guaranteed room reservations is Friday, January 26, 2007
Reservations requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may not be available at the Conference rate. Deposits are refundable only if cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date.
Check-in is after 3:00 p.m.; check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
Travel Information:
Disney’s Contemporary Resort is approximately 30 minutes away from the Orlando International Airport. All major car rental companies operate out of the airport, and taxis and the Mears Airport Shuttle are available to and from the airport.
