Speaker: Jeff Risch, SmithAmundsen LLC

Jeffrey Risch, attorney with SmithAmundsen LLC in Chicago, IL, addresses the growing concerns employers face now that Illinois is set to legalize cannabis on January 1 and how it will affect worker productivity and safety, among other issues. This is a different law, and it has different implementations. Jeffrey outlines steps employers need to take (and should take) today to adapt their policies so that their employees will know exactly how marijuana use will be treated within their organization.
