Lib Pietrantoni of CJ Winter will provide both a design overview and a practical troubleshooting review with a ‘how to make it work’ approach. The design discussion will include how material selection and properties, blank design, tooling, feeds & speeds, and gaging all impact successful fabrication of rolled threads. Additionally, Lib will cover new products developed for thread rolling lead free brass.

The troubleshooting review will begin with defining common problems, share causes, and walk you through the process of finding solutions.
